True, but we get a hell of a lot colder!
Tonights forecast: A winter storm warning is in effect until 12:00pm tomorrow, temps tonight will range from -15 to -5 degrees with wind chills around -50.

After a lot of rain/storms yesterday, today is about perfect. 73°F and sunny.

Storms return tomorrow and Thursday.

Been raining all day and it ain't stopping anytime soon. So much for going outside :indiff:

We're having a heatwave...why is it 77°F at 11:35pm? It's northwestern Alaska wtf
Don't you still have like four more hours of daylight? Get the sun to go to bed and it will solve all or your problems.

BTW what time does the sun set where you live this time of year? Are you on Pacific time?

Rain. It's been pretty constant for the past couple of days with more to come.

Didn't knew it could get that cold down there (It's just like here)

Meanwhile...

26° Right now, sunny and dry, I don't know why but I'm liking this weather, unlike the weather at the state's capital:

(Hint: 47°C is 116°F)

Chance of some strong storms tonight. Mainly impacting the southeast area of the state where i live, but the bigger risk will stay south of here.

82 and sunny currently in Southeastern Michigan. In the enhanced risk of severe weather with storms expected to have winds of 70 mph+.

Tornado watch for 2/3 of the state right now. Hopefully the storms die down by the time they get here though.

Well this is the Arizona desert. :P
Aha, so you hardly have humidity problems? I would take that any day over 85 degrees and humid.

Work was miserable today, just because of the heat and humidity. I did not even have to work hard and had sweat pouring down my face. I HATE this Midwest Weather!!

No kidding. I got to work today (auto shop) 8am, changed into work clothes, walked to toolbox, plugged in phone charger and........soaking wet! There's no running from humidity.

Same here! I live 3 blocks away from my work. All I did was walk my trashcan down my medium sized driveway. Then drive to work. Then walk into the break room and all the guys ask me how much work I have already got done? Basically because sweat. Just ridiculous. And it was 7:30 AM.

Today it was 95 degrees and humid. All we did was replace one culvert in a driveway today. We had to ditch quite a bit but not too serious. Mostly watching the guy with the backhoe go to town. And man, Swamp Ass started to kick in at 9 AM. :banghead:

Well we are land locked a bit.

But Monsoon season is upon us, and storms will start popping up very soon, so we'll get some humidity with the heat.

I just heard that a village about 20 miles north of my hometown got hit by a possible EF-2 Tornado last night. That's a little too close for comfort. We've lucked out on the last few, but I don't think that our luck will hold out.

Winter is coming...

pfft, NOT! 78° and sunny today. Plus I'm off to Gibraltar tomorrow for a few days (only blemished by a client presentation on Friday) and it's in the 80s down there. :D
