  1. Why not a good prize car at the hard earned 75% complete?
  2. Why not day light changes in a 24 hr race?
  3. Why weather never changes all year round for a course?
  4. Why not make the A-Spec points more useful, such as becoming a component in B-Spec points?
  5. Why not race Hummers?
  6. Why not show more dramatic shining effect after the car is being washed? I know my Toyota Tercel does when I drive through a car wash.
  7. Why not a wet course partially flooded with water?
  8. Why not a special condition course with rapid elevation changes, like those bumpy off roads?
  9. Why not hide the useless B-Spec option in special condition courses?
  10. Why not make all cars sell-able? I am sure someone will give a great offer for the Nike 2022 if I put it on the market.
  11. Why not make all cars race-able? Some of them maybe ridiculous, but ridiculous can be a lot of fun too.

In order:
  • We don't know, ask Polyphony Digital.

Seriously. Many of us will agree with many of your points, but we won't have many answers. At least two of them can be answered with "Limits of PS2 ability, combined with relative complexity of GT4 anyway", but mostly only PD will know the answers why they have, or haven't, done any particular thing.
