The short story? Mid-mounted rear-wheel drive 850hp Quad-Turbo AMG-built 6.0L V12 in a 2860lb body.

Best of all? It is NOT a concept car, it is a PROTOTYPE for a possible production car. Estimated price? $450,000. Performance? 245mph and 0 - 60 in 2.9seconds.

:eek:

Sorry but what the HELL did they do to those tail lights? Ew. Kinda also looks like a Cien too.

The power, impressive though. It will turn heads in the supercar industry.

Bottom line...

Body = :yuck: 👎

Engine = :eek: 👍

That in my opinion is damn good design. The back may not be the best, but it's a worthy super car. 👍

The tail lights more then likely wont hit production, but other then that I say it's just as stunning a supercar as any other.

The front light's have a hint a really small 350z look, right?

:bowdown: :drool: :bowdown: :drool:
WOW! I never would have expected a car like that to come from Chrysler! I love it. I hope to see it at NAIAS next week

Its going to be there TS1, I really want to see it to. They had it on the news tonite

it was built for the sole purpose of stealing the show. looks like it seriously succeeded :D

They obviously looked at my entry in the Weekly PSC 51 for inspiration! :lol: :dreaming:

Woh! And without all those bright blue lights, it'll be able to hit 246 mph!

I'd like to see that car go anywhere near those claimed numbers.

Dont like how they tried to make it edgy and curvy at the same time and the tailights suck.

Rumor is the design was aided by Pagani, who also are receivers of custom built AMG V12s

:eek: 850hp!!

4WD? If not, it will be hell of a ride. Kinda like a speed 12.

Rear-wheel drive only.

Sorry but what the HELL did they do to those tail lights? Ew.

True, but who in the hell, designed the Steering Wheel, Pathetic.
:trouble: :yuck:

Obviously not the same people who designed the Corvette steering wheel, thankfully...

Sweet!:eek: :drool: If they were to make the rear lights red instead of having the cover clear, they would look better. Other than that.:cool: 👍

Is it just me, or does the front look like a NSX? Its pretty damn impressive 850hp RWD supercar. WOW.. great engine. The front to me look like the NSX.

Alot of money...

O_O
aah.. when? how? where?
this is really new news! I didnt even expect it from D-C. impressive. will it see production? with those power figures? and those taillamps, and the general design, indeed. it looks... I dont know, I just dont like it completely. I hope that, if it gets to production, the design will change to a more coherent one. but indeed... WOW!

Well Im back from NAIAS 04 and after viewing the ME-412 before my eyes, It simply is a work of art from wich it was born. It was the first car I went too. I think alot of people are getting this car confused. It is NOT a concept car which alot of people are saying. The ME-412 is an actual fully functional working prototype. Expected production is 2006.

can i say 350Z!!!! haha
high horsepowers are impressive but bodystyle is so 350 front

Looks like someone is trying to compete with the big speed boys. It will fit right in with the Lamborghini. Won't come close to a McLaren and definitely not a Bugatti. It's pretty nice though.

Awesome power, but for $450,000??? Give me the hennessey 1000 TT for less than half the price and a 10th of headaches for style
