Have not done this myself personally, but since I just started one of 2 endurance races I have left to do was thinking, since it's a 200pts race what an a**e it would be if I were to pit sometime after 23hrs racing and accidentaly flick it onto B-Spec.

:crazy::banghead:

How about getting 23 odd hours in to an enduro' and the power goes out.

Worst of all, getting in front of the Hyundai races at Autumn Ring and thirty seconds left of racing and the power goes out, because of a faulty kettle.

2 minutes to go in a 24 and you need to pit in this lap to win as the 2nd place mazda 10 seconds behind you needs to pit. You think about winning the 24 hour endurance all by yourself and you're too excited to remember to pit and the mazda pits in 20 seconds before you because you needed to backtrack into pit lane.

Worst thing to happen is to lose a Nurb' 24 Hour race when you are only 5 secs. behind.

Worse thing that happened to me was on the 1000 miles races. I cannot remember which car I was racing. I let Bob take over on La Sarthe II and he screws up and gets me in third with 5 laps to go. The leader is 45 secs. ahead. I couldn't make the comeback and lost by only 2.5 secs.:nervous::indiff:
My magic ran out because the biggest comeback I ever made was a 75 sec. comeback in 15 laps of El Captain.

The worst thing to happen is to have completed 100% of the game (including 80 gold medal license tests and 90k+ A-Spec points) and have your save data corrupt and end up losing all of it. :banghead: This happened a few years ago and I still haven't played GT4 since. :scared:

Commiserations on that; but you didn't... actually... at that point... make a backup?

When I found out you couldn't actually save your game data on a USB stick (big WTF moment there - what are those ports there for, except for non-serious applications like saving pictures) must say I got a second cartridge pronto.

SOmewhere last year, i A spec-ed The Le Mans 1 race, with the Pesky car, IIRC. I was leading, right till the 19th hour, and the power went off...

How do you backup you profile?

There's already threads like this that have been around for years, but whatever.

For me, it's the embarassing "slide across the finish line" bit. I'm about to win, go for a power slide, only to find my car doesn't make it across in time, and some other car behind me wins by a few hundreths of a second or whatever. :ouch:

My worst moment(i was lucky compared to you guys) was the 190 E road car license test. I got gold, then while jumping up and down in glee, i pulled the controller too hard and unplugged the play-station.:grumpy:

Hmm worst moment worst moment lets seee.
Um
Uhh
When my saved game got corrupted i guess.
But I am playing GT4 for about half a year so not alot could happen in such a short time period i guess.
