Theoretically Possible...

So, as I was playing in B-Spec. mode (some of you call it 'Bobby', but since I'm a guy I prefer it to be a hot girl named 'Brooke') I noticed the occasional words that are spelled (CAB, BAD, BED).


So, it made me think of the possibility that if GT5 allows more cars to race, like say 7 cars. It s theoretically possible to have the word FAG fly across the screen. Do you think the liberals are going to allow such a thing?

And if they go to 13, it is theoretically possible for the word (although slightly mispelled) WRAGHED to fly across the screen. Now, if Muslims were proud enough to hold off LittleBigPlanet, I'm sure they won't let a monumental game like Gran Turismo get away with insulting followers of allah.


I found all this rather humurous, and wondered what your thoughts were.

When you're in B-Spec mode on GT4, and you're on the alternate screen the cars are represented by letters. As the cars pass each other, the letters inevitably form words.

oh ok then. that's not going to be insulting, cause it would be totally random and accidental. how about representing the cars with numbers?

Yeah, it would have to be in a different font and color though because the position of the cars is also represented in numbers. (1st place, 2nd place, etc.)

Other than that, the only solution I see is using Roman Numerals...if they think this is an issue.

Hmm, each state has a letter, oh wait.. lets spell them.. OH GOSH.. they spell something offensive.. yeah.. get a grip man.


Besides you put numbers on screen, you will always confuse the number with position. Letters are just perfect.
