I think I'm having trouble with my recent wheel controller Thrustmaster T GT, for it says it is the OFFICIAL wheel for it.

It constants plugs off and plugs in when in race the ps4 during race, decalibrates very very often and now it has changed pedals configuration (Clutch: Accelerates / Aceleration: Doesen't work) Updated the firmware and the GTSports is version 1.05... I don't know if it's a hardware issue or problem of GTSports... Anyone with this wheel having the same problems?

The best thing to do is to check if the wheel is working in another racing title. If not, then its a wheel problem.

The software you downloaded for the firmware also has a feature designed to calibrate the controller for the PC. You should be able to see through the software if all features on the wheel and pedals work. I have the T-GT and the only problem I have is understeer on higher levels of sensitivity.

It sounds like a loose connection, have you tried checking for loose plugs at the back of the wheel and on the power pack. The pedal issue is probably just the Mode button on the bottom left of the base. Try pressing and hold for five seconds (I think), the light should change colour, then check to see if they work.
