Thrustmaster TS-PC eq for PS4

I have seen TS-PC and also an Xbox equivalent TS-XW. What's the reason this spec/type of wheel base is not out for ps4, is the T-GT is close in terms of capability (once you remove the rumble features)?

The sparco TS set looks really nice (am not a fan of the T-GT rim). But I guess at that price it's getting close to fanatec CSL elite

The T-GT is the same as TS-PC and TS-XW except different look and rumble feature(T-DFB).
