Have any of you tried to adjust the degree angle by plugging your wheel in to a computer downloading the Drivers and then calibrate the wheel?

If so I was wondering what degree any of you are using. With the default level on the PS3 at Times I have to hand over fist turn this wheel through a corner. I was wondering if anyone has tried to adjust the degree to a point where the can get a full turn but not have to cross over.

If you have experimented with diff degrees what was your sweet spot.

Thank you all again in advance.

I'm not really sure what you're getting at here. You can't actually adjust the T500 by hooking it up to a computer. I mean you can, in the driver, but the driver only works on a PC. So changing it there won't change it for the PS3.

Hand over hand can be annoying on the default wheels, but I find it's perfectly natural on a 330mm wheel. It just creates problems for me on these small wheels.

Anyways, if you want to force degree changes on your PS3, you can simply:

To do so, simultaneously press (and release)

D Pad Right” + “MODE button” to increase the angle of rotation by one step

“D-Pad Left” + “MODE button” to decrease the angle of rotationby one step

I just learned how to do this last night on my T500. If you change the DOR in GT6, you will need to re-do each time you switch cars, since GT6 resets the DOR per car.

Oh wow. That is huge. Thanks for the directions. I didn't think it would work like that but I didn't know if the wheel itself had memory in it. With its price tag I wouldn't put it past them. Lol. I will try this and see how it goes. I was also eventually thinking of a wheel mod but like the face buttons so not sure how that would translate over.

Is the default on the PS3 1080 or 900'

1080..
But in some events/cars the game changes it for you...the Vettel challenge for example...even less than 270

I have never been in a car in GT 5 or 6 that had more than 900dg. by default.

Can you please tell me any that does? :)

I was referring to the Op's question about the default setting on the t500, meaning when you plug it in to ps3/gt6 the default is 1080 deg (lock to lock). :)
