As he owns g27, i thought he also wanted steering wheel for ps4 and PC, not Xbox One as he has PSN ID below his username.

Maybe so but a G27 isn't compatible with the PS4 either so its a moot point. I just took it as he was letting everyone know about a good deal.

i'll be getting the t300 for the ps4 (if drive club doesn't suck and gt7 isn't 15 years away) or hopefully g27 will get support. For now I've missed not playing forza 5 with a wheel since launch

"I just jumped on it, now to get the t3pa pedals(or bashermod and fanatec pedals??) and the th8a shifter when it releases! then sell my g27" i assumed this means he has order it, thats why i asked if he was aware of non PS4 compatibility (friendly warning) but as Khyber said he'll use it for Xbox One. I don't know why you're getting worked up, over friendly warning.

Not worked up at all. Maybe you should read your "friendly warning" again with an exclamation point at the end of it.

I have two wheels at home, one T500RS with Basher brake mod and TH8RS shifter for the PS3 and PS4, and one TX with Fanatec CSR Elite pedals and Basher CSP adapter for the Xbox One, patiently waiting for the TH8A shifter though so I can manually shift in Forza 5.

Fair warning, as much as I love the Forza series, the FFB feels a little strange in Forza 5 compared to almost all other racing sims. You will get used to it after a few hours of playing, but I can tell you that you may not like it right away.

The TX is a great feeling wheel though if you play any PC racing sims. I like it better than the T500 as far as FFB feel goes. I plan to buy a T300 also to replace my T500.

I was typing on my mobile phone, btw. how much difference is Basher Mod compared to normal brake on T500RS.

Night and day. I love the Basher brake mod. I like it even more than my Fanatec CSR Elite load cell brake. That being said, I do prefer the Fanatec gas pedal and clutch pedal more than the T500 pedals simply because the springs are stiffer on the Fanatecs.

oh def playing pc sims too. on a hiatus from iracing but i got assetto corsa and grid autosport although GA isn't is a sim

You'll like the TX then, its a big upgrade to the G27 in terms of FFB feel. I had a G27 before my T500.

just debating whether to get t3pa pedals (cheapest at $99 whenever they come in stock in the U.S.) or t500 pedals used, or basherboard cpx + csr elites or clubsports v2

Problem with the T3PA's is that you still can't get them in the US. Thrustmaster is selling them in other countries but won't ship to the US. I got tired of waiting and bought a set of CSR Elites and CPX. The T500's are fine though as long as you use the Basher mod. You can find them for sale on the iRacing forum usually for around $125-150.

their out in the u.s. amazon has already sold out of them.

Well, that's cool then, there hasn't been a listing for them as of two weeks ago before I went on vacation. I don't know that they have had any in stock though unless you saw them. Release date shows June 4th but Amazon most certainly didn't have a product page for them during that time so my guess is that they haven't had any yet and are about to receive their first shipment. Notice there's no customer reviews either which also leads me to believe they haven't sold any yet.

All that being said, I wouldn't hesitate to buy the T3PA's over a set of T500 pedals. The T3PA's are cheaper, they already have a stiffer brake mod. The only real downside in my opinion is that they can't be inverted but not everyone wants that anyway. Yes they do have a plastic outer construction but the internals are still metal where it counts.

As I stated above and this is just personal preference, I do prefer the Fanatec CSR Elite gas pedal and clutch pedal because the springs are stiffer and adjustable, but I do like the brake pedal better on the T500 with Basher mod which should be about the same as the T3PA. The Fanatecs cost more, $150 + shipping, and you would need a CPX adapter to make them work with the Xbox One which is another $48 + shipping.

got the wheel. holy moly what an upgrade from g27! ffb is insane! to bad can't play with it on ps3 and gt6 but finally got a wheel for forza

Yep, sadly, now you need a T300 for the PS3/PS4 too. Sucks that we can't have one wheel to do it all.

seriously! although i may just get a t500 for ps4 so i won't have to buy pedals...but can't decide if i want t500 pedals or fanatec

but at the end driveclub will have to blow me away to make that decision especially with forza horizon 2 competing with it.
