what's a pity is that you can't tell by how much you've missed the gold....the rankings are no longer displayed....

Same here, I thought I had gold, but no, somebody improved the gold time and pushed me out during the night... 😥
And like you I have no idea what the gold time ended on...

Winning time was 31.695.

3% onto that time is 32.64585 - not sure how that is rounded in GT7 so 32.645 and under was definitely gold, possibly 32.646 and under.

Edit : From posts above - 32.645 and under is gold.

Looks like I'm couple seconds slower with W, so IM seems like it is the right choice here.

I improve my time with IM, 2:44,004, so into silver now, if that time haven't changed.

I'm a bit swamped with work. Haven't been on PS4 since Friday or Saturday other than my Monday PC2 league racing. Today is quite busy too but I'll get the results out at some point.

i did a Spa run in during my lunch on the Nokia-setup...., not a good mach, did a 43.0 i believe....., but due to the 720 connection, the Spa darkness i can't see the puddles upfront haha, so we will have a go later on, but i quess it's doable, but def a TV one

Curious what settings are going to be the fastest, Wets + TCS off or low?, or inters maby TCS higher?

45 minutes in the wee hours this morning, two sweat-soaked hand towels and a noticeable soreness in my hands later, I managed to improve my BB time by the 3/10ths necessary for what was, at bedtime, enough for Gold.

Logged in today to find I missed out on the extra million by 1/100th of a second.

I don't think there was anything else I could've done. And to think that Jeddah _Racing was near enough a second faster is mind-blowing.

On this new TT at Spa it's off again for a battle between Jeddah_racing and R8G_Kylian19 !!!!! R8G_Kylian19 has barely done 51 kms and is already in first place.

There’s no doubt that being part of this chat and of the @half_sourly leaderboard has pushed me to be better. I’ve never scored a gold prior to this and now got gold in two of the last three TT’s. (just barely both times - lol)

If you want to keep going with the Nokia setup you can put some habanero sauce close to your eyes. Puddles should become visible in quantity and maybe once in a life your laptimes will not be that different then mine.

Here are some statistics for TT34 at Broad Bean Raceway Reverse in the Amuse NISMO 380RS Super Leggera.

Highlights:

• Participation was above 150k.
• This was an easy TT by most metrics, with 16.6% of drivers getting gold and only 6.8% getting no reward.
• I've updated the GTP leader-board with various changes highlighted to me over the week and have added a country ranking column so that @Barareklam can show off! (Well done, excellent result!). I realise the number formatting there is not great but will sort that out later. As always, shout if you see mistakes or omissions.

It's not a G-Force meter though. It's a steering angle indicator.

Yet, at low speeds that steering angle indicator can reach it's max position (both controller and wheel), and yet, on high speed turns, the controller only reaches about 80% or so despite being all the way right/left, while the wheel can reach all the way still. It's strange.

But yes, it can't be a G-force if the red dot turn to the way you turn into, while G-force goes the opposite way.

You get the quickest time here, then multiply by 1.03. To get gold, you needed to be under that time.

So here it was 31.695 second x 1.03 = 32.646 second, with everyone below 32.646 getting gold.

controller has some kind of input assistance on it if i remember correctly. you can't really turn it off
