I just kept at it and nibbled at the crumbs I kept leaving behind and barely touched gold for now 😁
When I started this TT 3 hours ago I really didn’t think I could gold. It took quite a while to bronze 😅

GL to all and hang in there because it takes getting in a groove and by the third beer you’re gonna have a great shot to get the gold 🍺

BTW I didn't check or remember this but does the Yaris car have the option to tune the wheel drive? I drove the IA-3 or 4 test which had a Subaru car on the Louise track. Changing the ratio of the front or rear power output makes a difference for sure.

Got back from my travels and see there are still quite a few days left for Tokyo.
Gave it another go and managed to find a second, which still leaves me well outside bronze but a mere 10 seconds behind the fastest lap...... 🤣
Am not going to do well with this snow TT either.... in the S licenses I watched the demo for the last snow track and the car seemed to be going sideways most of the time. 😱

You know, I was predicting a Louise TT since the track just came out a week ago. I'm kind of bad at snow tracks because the car drifts/turns funny in it. So, I'm really gonna have to study as many replays as I can from the pros and my friends.

USA for sure forgoes the 'e' and has some other suffix like '-th' or '-rd' or '-nd'

No, I mentioned it because I read a while back that most of the aliens have different copies based on their region that they live in. I never have any luck in the USA.

I think you have "copy" confused with "language", as you can experience the e if you just change your console's language to French.

They're not "different copies", they're "localised"; not everyone speaks English as a first language, so games are translated for different countries. A couple of decades back, there were different game versions to take account of the fact that US, Asia, and European/Global television display standards weren't the same, but that's not the case any more - since the PS3 era, in fact.

And again, the guy is French (see the flag under his name), the entire screenshot is in French, and you're determining that his game is "European" because of an ordinal number. Rather than, you know, all the French there and the fact he's... French.
