A few years ago I did preorder WRC10 and had some fun at my PS4. Now I have a round wheel and PS5 and that's why I return. There are newer offerings like "WRC Generations" or "EA WRC". I cannot recommend between them.

Regarding ACC I like to quote @half_sourly : 'there is a thread for that' or something similar... 😉

I was a little hesitant to buy one of these 2 rally games but in the end I told myself that I had to spend a little time on ACC since it is apparently the only real simulation that we can have on PS5....but I have not yet managed to find the same pleasure that I have with GT7

I simply cannot resist and did buy the EA game, too and still look at the "Generations"... ACC is great and I did buy all DLCs without regret. The reason why I play most of the time GT7 is the community at GTPlanet, especially the lunatics in this section.

Had a longer session this evening (30 laps) - optimals have improved a little from this afternoon at 27.7 but PB has now dropped a tenth and FINALLY I’m in the 27’s. Went through a period of forgetting how to do sector 3, but this lap is pretty good. Will keep chasing as and when I get the chance this week, but if I don’t get any more time or don’t improve, I’m relatively happy with this.

I have yet to give it a go. But i think this one is going to be difficult. High powered VGT on Sports Softs

It can't possibly be worse ... I hope. In terms of difficulty, it seems to be on the harder side. Very early of course, but this is what the data looks like.

No problem. The important messages are: 1) ACC is a great game. 2) There are forum threads over here to talk about ACC, because the moderators don't like people using threads not meant for the topic.

I have the feeling it's going to be the same for me, watched Kie's truggle to get into the 37's live at work on my second screen...., i haven't driven ofcourse, but a 800hp 1000kg VGT on sports??......, looks like a lot of work
I think i will trying to get a safe gold and hop back to Maggiore to chase some people here.......

After a quick 100km run at Monza, I have to say - what an hideous car to drive that vgt is. It looks decent, for a vgt, but does it ever suffer from the generic “rocket on a straight, rubbish on the corners” -syndrome. 💩

Did 10 laps at LM with the Civic yesterday. No big improvement but as I was focusing on the NBGP+RX8 until then, that is not so surprising.

Used a ghost too (a gold time) to try to help a bit.

Tiny improvements on best lap, optimal and medium.

Need to work on that. And given how the new TT seems not very appreciated, I guess I won't fancy it either, more time for the Civic then !

Had two days off GT7, and went straight back to the Civic TT today. Funny how muscle memory works, I was so familiar with the track that I didn't need to warm up. Only 6 laps later and a new PB of 1:27.594

It's a very satisfying TT to do over and over again. Maybe there are two more tenths left in the tank.

Wow man, gratz! Did you happen to use the MT during that run? I'm stuck at 1'31.110, near silver.
