Time Trial Question

hi, new to the game and have a question..apology in advance if this has been said elsewhere..whilst trying out different car and circuit combos I had a full race at Bannochbrae in the 488 GT3 and absolutely loved it, so thought I’d have a go at a TT with the same but the handling seemed totally different and I found it much harder to control even though the settings were the same as the race..or is it just a case of me being crap ?

Does this include the same date, same track temp, same ambient temp?

The race your comparing it to was this online or AI reason being Livetrack is affected by the other running cars causing the track to grip up.

The race was against AI but to be honest I’m not sure about the same date and same temps, probably not to be honest, I’ll have another blast tonight after work

I have found in my limited time with the game...........that Time Attack track conditions require different car setups (and even wheel controller settings) in order to mimic my preferred car handing and ffb sensations experienced in offline races with AI.

The constant in both these circumstances is that I doubt the livetrack conditions are being exactly replicated.

The times that have replays will have a little pac man’esque ghost to the far right in the leaderboard box.

You can move the cursor over the time and a box will appear bottom left to add ghost. Click the box and follow the instructions to add the ghost replay, load up the time trial and use it 👍
