Time Trials - License Test Style

Feature:
I would like to see a feature where I can choose a random section of a track and do time trials with a car of my choice. Including weather settings if available for that track.

Objectives:
1. Finding the best/quickest line through the section to improve skills and, eventually, overall lap times.
2. Good prep tool for Seasonal time trials and on-line racing events.
3. Optimize tuning.
