Tiny holes in the skin

I tried searching on google but it didn't really help.

The first time this happened to me was a few years ago when I was in weight lifting and I jammed my finger on some weights. On the tip of my finger were a bunch of very tiny deep holes in my skin. At first it looks like a bunch of miniscule dots on the skin, but as you look at different angles you can tell that it's actually holes. It doesn't hurt or anything but to me it's very disgusting.

Now last weekend I was hanging out with my friend and hitting stuff with an aluminum baseball bat. The first couple swings had a bit of an impact to the bottom right of my hand and after that I covered my hand with electrical tape to prevent a blister. Well I look at my hand this morning and the same holes are on the bottom right of my hand.

Anyone have any idea what this is or why this happens?

Maybe you should see a doctor about that instead of asking us.

Well it just goes away and has no real affect on me other than looking weird. I just figured someone on here might be able to shed some light on it.

I don't think you're supposed to be able to see the pores on your fingers and hands.

Like I said the pictures don't show what they look like well at all, but I can guarantee that they are little holes.

The hole test.
step 1- find hole in question.
step 2- stick something in said hole
If it goes in, it's a hole. If it doesn't then it's a spot.

I advice a mechanical pencil lead.

:ill: You've got to be kidding

I think I can tell if somethings a hole, especially since it's on my own hand. The holes are smaller then .5 pencil lead.

Are these like dimples in the skin or does it look like there are actually gaps in the skin or pieces missing?

I've done it before to make sure I had pores on my knee when I was 11. Worked better than expected.

Do i want to look at these pics or am I going to lose that delicious ice cream I just ate?

It looks as if you've broken the dermis (bottom skin). The epidermis is the top (transparent) layer of skin. The little dark spots are spots of blood. If I am correct, after a couple of days, those spots should rise to the epidermis and shed themselves out.
