To get an 8 sec time on the vegas strip on a wrx sti

I have the wrx sti , im not sure which model but its the most expensive street subaru wrx.. and someone on here had their time down to , but fully modified i only got it to ten, what the hell? what else is there left to do ? is there some settings which can lower it that much, even the gear ratios, should they be below average (12) or above it? and how much? should each gear be tuned independently or just overall spreading ? what else could i be missing?

I got down to 7.972 seconds in the Impreza WRX STi spec C.

Ill post some of my set up as it is now, its changed a bit since i got the time tho.

All engine modifications

Transmission auto set to 9 and then

1st gear:3.310
2nd gear:2.341
3rd gear:1.788
4th gear:1.482
5th gear:1.196
6th gear:0.955
final:2.500

downforce: front - 0 rear - 30

LSD
initial front - 60 rear - 60
LSD Acceleration: front - 60 rear - 60

VCD - 30

weight balance - 20
