I agree with Carbon on this. I just use a controller (button accelerating and braking) and under braking the back end of the cars continually step out no matter what brake balance settings I have.

It’s a pity that there is no ABS allowed in this series as I’ve been looking forward to it for some time and its geared up for wheel and pedal users really.

This shouldn't happen. The only thing I can think that you're doing is steering while under heavy braking which will snap the back end round. :odd:

I found that keeping the car in a higher gear is slightly slower but reduces wheelspin and chance of spinning.

Im finding it hard to work ABS in the wet.......and in the dry

I found it easier in the wet. Suspension settings are a big part, working on eliminating a cars oversteer or understeer tendencies. Funnily enough I found 70% wet at High Speed Ring quite easy...

Done no work on setup - due to not testing all cars.

I'll try again tomorrow 👍

I'm trying tweaks of my Volvo set-ups from last season. Seems reasonably impressive. Sumo in a Infiniti though, never expected that..

I sorted this problem out by turning the brake balance right down to 2 front - 0 rear this resulted in very little lock up

Furinkazen
Not ballast. You need a new car mate...

 ive got 3 fords now
Plus the Mini isn't that good, and I might go with the Honda - supported the Honda civic as they make it in swindon which is like 4 miles away from me

GTP Name: chrisjohnson93
PSN Name: chrisjohnson93
Team / Independent: Mini Countryman ???
Legends Car: ???

Furi, I think you need to put BHP - PP - Weight under each cars tuning so we all know where each car strands, and don't get things wrong like I did.

Right - Im ill (boo!) so Im gonna go in Furi rooms and do some testing with the new regulations and stuff

Plus Furi some of them have rear areo a  Like the Honda

OP Updated, and yes Rear Aero is fine but no Rear Wings. It's the rear wings that generate downforce and PP.

Gotcha! At moment:

Furinkazen / Furinkazen - TEAM FTR - Volkswagen (BMW)
akmuq / GTP_Akmuq- TEAM FTR - Volkswagen (Honda)
DaxCobra / GTP_DaxCobra - VennoMMotorsports - Mazda (BMW?)
Neljack / Neljack - VennoMMotorsports - Mazda (???)
