Season 6 news, but here, for people like O'Rama, Maniaco, and those late starters, this may be very important next season.

TOCA Season 6 will use a pre-qualifying system in order to make sure the best drivers on the grid are present at each round. The Top 12 in the championship points are “locked in” and guaranteed a place in the lobby. The rest of the entries have to be in the lobby when it opens at 7pm for a short ppre-qualifying race, the top 4 in that will earn a point and make it into the main three races. If anyone drops out of the room and / or quits, the next driver in line from the pre-qualifying race may be offered a chance to join.

A lot of people are running part time and covering for other drivers. Its too late to organise now, and we have had a few departures as well.

For Round 1 of Season 6? Yeah, it'll be Top 12 in Season 5 points (or any drivers below should any of the top 12 choose to not compete.). So say Matty finished 12th in this season's points and chooses not to come back for Season 6, the 13th place driver would be awarded the slot for S6. This will be sorted when we process Season 6 Entries.
