And in what way does a counterfeit disk smell different to a legal one, or a blank one, I can see that becoming a problem.
 
Well, basically, it means that if you ship a DVD with FedEx, expect your package to be opened for a verification. And don't think about sending any private home-made DVDs with them.
 
Yeah, which surely should be a problem, it's wrong to automatically assume that everyone sending a disk in the mail via FedEx is sending a couterfeit disk. All through your life your always told not to point the finger, well that's just what the government's are alway's doing, pointing the finger at everyone for anything.
 
wait, people send bootlegs via snailmail? And they spend the extra money on fedex? Whatever happened to broadband?
