So here we are, the Too Cool for the "Pass And 'll Foundation" Society, we promote freedom of speech, and declaration of rules 👍

1) I move that the 'Too Cool for the "Pass And 'll Foundation" Society' be referred to as the 'Too Cool Society' in short form.
2) I move that the members of the Too Cool for the "Pass And 'll Foundation" Society adopt mustard avatars.
3) I move that the Too Cool for Pass and 'll Foundation Society prohibit non-members from criticizing the Society.

Each member, including founder gets 1 vote. 50% + 1 majority for a motion to carry, unless that motion materially affects the Society, in which case it will require 2/3 majority of all members (not just those who vote) to pass
