Too much oversteer and wheelspin?

I just tuned my Ford Mark IV Race Car with an added turbocharger and full custom tranny. Now I need to tune the suspension but I can't get it right. My Mark IV is always oversteering at every corner and it's way too crazy to go around tracks. Any tips or advice to reduce my oversteering and wheelspin problem?

Stiffer front springs, reduce lsd settings should help a bit.👍 Try a little less front downforce if this is an option with this car, and reduce your 1st and 2nd gear ratio (slider to the left) Goodluck.
