Greetings folks. I tried searching these forums but the search does not seem to function correctly. Anyhow, keen to know what cars (and settings) folks are using out there in GT5 land to best match the "Top Gear Reasonably Priced Car". Obviously, there is no Liana or Lacetti in the game so what comes close for you folks?

For what its worth, I've mucked around with the standard Toyota Yaris 1.5, but with times around 1:36, its not seeming an accurate 'simulation' (although I realise that the rolling start adds some advantage).

Any thoughts?

Wow - tough crowd, and obviously not much interest in the "reasonably priced car" concept.

Oh well, back to the Toyota Yaris 1.5 I guess…

I tried to recreate the Liana with the Toyota WillsVS, detuned to 102hp and 1145kg weight. It's not the same though...

There was a thread about this a while back.

I think they ultimately realized that there was no car that really represented the car well. I'm not sure to what extent they went though. Basically, I would just put bob in a car that runs the same time around as the average celebrity. Or find out what sitgs time is in the RPC and whichever car you can match it in, thats probably a good starting point...
