WELCOME to Top Notch Racing
We are a prestigious multi-class racing team built up from a collective group of members from GT5.
We are calm innovative and patient, open to new ideas leading to innovation and leading to development.
Learning from other teams' mistakes and only allowing for one members way of thinking, we've learnt that is mainly results in arguments and unfairness. There is no team leader, everyone has a say and is able to prove a point. Other "new" members may be intimidated to bring forth a point or feel shadowed by other members if they aren't giving the same power within a team. This will also mean if you want to make changes to the team then you have to express your point to the rest of the team, only when everyone else on the team knows and as expressed their point to you over your changes and is ok with them then we can develop. We expect everyone to help and work with one another even if you are giving another member the upper hand, as long as we help one another we will become a more formidable racing team.
TNR is OUR Team and COMMUNICATION is key.

GT3 races will be around 30 minutes long.
