Okay, unlike my other thread for tuned cars, this one will be collecting data for the top speed of stock cars. To submit data follow these easy steps:
1) Practice with a stock car until it has 300km on it (fully broken in) or skip this step if you're using a car with 300km~5000km already. Cars with under 10,000km on their virtual odometer usually have more horsepower than those with 10,000km+.
2) Oil Change it (GT Auto).
3) Favourite the car and go into arcade mode (this way no more distance is added to the car), bring it to SPECIAL STAGE ROUTE 7 and record the top speed you obtained from the track. The highest speed is usually obtained on the final straight.
Rules for keeping the collected data "stock";
Aerodynamic and suspension properties can only be modified if the car comes with the parts stock. As for tires, make sure you're using the stock tires. If you're not sure which tires the car came with you can try refering to this list (thanks to calan_svc).
