No, it isn't, because no RX-7 has ever been known to have reached 300mph. However, asking in the 300mph Club thread, rather than creating a spam-fest elsewhere, would be a better option.

Except the Mazda RX-7 LM Race Car, which I managed to break 300mph in.
Keeping thing on topic as much as possible, if I have time I'll try the 2002 car tomorrow and let you know what I achieve.

That was a bit of a sweeping generalisation, wasn't it... I meant to put the phrase road car in there somewhere, but I forgot. No disrespect, MS
I've tried a road RX-7 before, not sure if it was the 2002 model or not, but I didn't think it was capable. In fact, it behaves much like a RWD version of the Subaru Impreza Spec.C, with its 100-shot nitrous, but limited base power and aerodynamic efficiency.
