Torque Sensing Center Differential - bugged?

Anyone notice if you set an odd value on the TSCD it will hold it while you within the tuning menu, if you close the box for it and adjust other settings then go back to it, it will retain the desired setting. However, exit the tuning view altogether then reenter tuning and return to the TSCD and it returns to a 30/70 setting. If I ran 35/65 and time it, then set 33/67 and time it, and then 30/70 and time it I can distinguish a performance difference which tells me it holds this value at least temporarily but it seems to reset itself next time you open the TSCD menu. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or noted its behavior?

Looking at this more, I actually think this may be because the setting icons are reversed for the Drive Controlled Center Differential and the Torque Sensing Center Differential. I'm tuning on the Peugeot 206 Rally Car at the moment, and when I check the DCCD and put 33/67 in I get a full two second lap time increase on deep forest! Putting the same value in TSCD I get laps two seconds slower?!

Edit: Well if you put a value in the DCCD then go drive and come back to tuning view, the TSCD will be checked again by default and reset to 30/70. I can experience the differences in the value splits I try in each but I cant tell the difference between the two. Either the two tune box entries are tied to the same engine dynamics variables or the installation of the TSCD overrides the ability to go back to DCCD...

Me too but not. When you quit that screen, you have to validate the setting. If you press the cancel key, the choice will go away.

No, it's easily reproducible, goto a 4WD you have upgrade to TSCD. Take it to practice or a race, get into the tuning options and select the DCCD and set a split of 35/65. Close it, open it, verify DCCD is set to 35/65. Close tuning, go race or do practice lap. Come back to tuning and on drivetrain page, TSCD will be checked as active, and when you click on it's settings it will show 35/65 (it usually defaults to 30/70) but then click on the DCCD to make it active, check it's settings, it will also show 35/65! Click back on the TSCD and now check the settings, the normal behavior of equipping/unequipping a tunable component will now occur and set it back to 30/70. You can set 33/67 and notice a similar but slightly different effect as both TSCD and DCCD will show 35/65 next time you enter tuning (rounds up to nearest 5% split increment?) but you can measure actual differences between 35/65, 33/67, 30/70 or the application of TSCD and DCCD is inconsistent and broken. While I was playing with this and running practice laps on Deep Forest, I would notice that consistent back to back lap times would fluctuate by as much as 2-3 seconds. (ie. after doing first example I might be able to run 3x 1:25" laps, then I do the second example and run 3x 1:28"). Something is definitely broken here, exactly what I'm unsure.

It's a problem resulting from the on-the-fly setting changes available; the torque bias can only be adjusted in 5% increments there... So it'll automatically go to the nearest 5% when you next drive the car.

Some of the differences feel far more off than 5% sometimes, and even when I was putting in differences of 35/65; 33/67; 30/70 in a Bugatti on Indy where lap times would be consistent enough to measure a difference, I found them, from a limited test set, but results implied 33/67 would be set, at least temporarily until such time as the tuning menu is opened again.
