how come when look at a car to buy and i look at the torque it can have around 300ftlbs but then when i fix it up it will only have like 50ftlbs??

also is there a way that i would be able to get it back up??

The torque listings in your NTSC garage have the wrong units. They're listed in metric numbers but given the English unit. Don't worry about it.
