Tournament!

In my opinion GT2 deserves much better treatment and much more our attention. That's why I would like to find out how many people is eager participate in tournaments? Together we can bring GT2 to life.

Why don't you guys send out some feelers and consider putting on a short race series. I would consider running. Take a look at the online races section for ideas. ABuds and TheStig13 have good info.

If I understand you question. That would be detailed in the thread itself. Threads are modifiable by the thread organizer at any time. You can post results from excel spreadsheets then copy it into paint then upload it to photobucket then insert it into thread. Look at Abuds and TheStig's thread. They look nice. I'm still working out the kinks in mine. But I got it up at least. Borrow stuff(with permission from the guys and credit given). Give your racers all pertinent info for your events. It is a learning experience, but would attract more drivers than a "How fast can you do the Ring in a Toyota" kind of thing. And follow up on a regular basis so the guys/gals know what to expect.

Again look at Abud, TheStig's and Balang_479's threads. And Austin343's short races among the others. My apologies if I omitted anyone.

I see we now have the thread up but were not getting anyone here. Me and Stoperan need people who are willing to dig up that old GT2 disc and get ready for some racing. (I would be guessing a time trial setup) I wouldn't want online setup cause I don't have it and I was the one who thought of the thread (but all credit to stoperan for actually doing it) Come on lets round up some people here!

Nowadays, we are challenging in Weekly Race Series(polish version). Rules: default settings, only real-life(control) tyres, no tuning, no cheating, no wallridding, best time in test run(simulation disc). Actually we are in the middle of season but think that you could join. There is only one problem- language. I have to ask tournament's owner about possibility of creating english version.

After long time without GT2 I decided to come back. Unexpectable I found out on polish site that there are still people playing this game. Additionally they are planing create international team( 4 players in each 1 player for subsitution) tournament. Wondering how many people may join to it? How many countries representants we got here ?
