Tow hooks?

Hi guys, seen a few pictures of some cars with two hooks in the front of the car. I.e the Subaru BRZ, where can you obtain these? Thanks in advance!

I know there is a street version of the toyota gt86 that raced at the 24 hours of nurburgring which has tow hooks, its in the toyota dealership. Other than that, I'm still exploring sea of cars.

Yeh the toyota 86 "racing"
Road legal race car sold in japan (was a BRZ APP but not in game) used in a one make race.

First car i bought for career, handles great.

The Subaru Challenge car, based off there win at Green Hell in 2012 has tow hooks as well. So far adding them to any car is not an option I see. Just on a few cars that have them by default.
