Toyota Alzetta Touring Car settings for Circuit De La Sarthe 2 and Top Speed

Just got the Toyota Alzetta Touring Car

I know there are settings for the Alzetta Touring Car in the forum, but it is just for grip. I have already got settings for this car already which as follows:

(This is stock without turbos or power modifications and sometimes NOS at times)

Tyres:
Depends but usually equip all round Racing Hards

Suspension
-Spring Rate: 9.0/9.5
-Ride Height: 70 / 95 for street circuits/high elevation and 60/65 for smoother circuits
-Bound: 5 / 5
-Rebound: 8 / 8
-Camber: 2.0 / 1.5
-Toe: 0 / -1
-Stabilizers: 3 / 3

LSD
-Initial: 10
-Acceleration: 25
-Deceleration: 5

Downforce
Amount: 38 / 53

Driving Aids
-ASM Oversteer: 0
-ASM Understeer: 0
-TCS: 2

Brake Controller
-Brakes: 4 / 5

Transmission
Depends on track...usually run Autoset 10 for tighter tracks.

Final 4.760 and Autoset 13 for medium/high speed tracks.

Ballast
-Weight: 0
-Location:0

What I need is transmission and maybe suspension settings for Circuit De La Sarthe 2 and for Top Speed so I can use it at the Test Course.

As said earlier there are settings for grip already in the Wiki and in the forum, but that is for general setup which I have got so I do not need them. What I need are settings for Top Speed and to tackle the Circuit De La Sarthe 2 track in the Dream Car Championship (Currently on 200 A-Spec points and have a clean sheet so far and currently at the Test Course)

Also people are free to test out my settings and give me feedback on what has been setup and how to improve it.
