Toyota Castrol Celica Rally Car. Rally setup needed.

Does anyone have any tuning experience in rally? I love this car and I bet it could really do much better at the hands of a skilled tuner. I don't really see rally racing mentioned much on the forums so I don't know if anyone has even tried tuning it. Thanks.
