Toyota Gt1'98 & '99

i wonder what's the difference between these two
i have got the '98 one, and is the '99 one better??
i'm gonna buy the '99 one from a friend's memory card, but is that worth ??

I hope i get this one right but the 98 and 99 RACE cars are identical, whilst the Road car goes up to 975hp. Or is it the 98 and 99 Road cars are the same, while the Race car goes up to 975hp. Goto Pupiks informative website - it has a fantastic car list that saved me hours and hours and hours of not having to do up krappy cars, only to find they are krappy.
