NOTE: This car did not appear at any motor shows in the year of its manufacture due to its then-top-secret status.

The Toyota TF101 (aka the AM01) was Toyota's Formula 1 testing mule designed by Jean-Claude Martens to collect data necessary for a competitive racing car for the team's debut season in 2002.

The car is powered by the RVX01 - an in-house-built, naturally-aspirated 2998cc V10 engine with a 90-degree V angle and four valves per cylinder. The engine produces around 790BHP at approximately 18,000 RPM but torque figures are unknown.

As with other Formula 1 cars from its era, the TF101 is Mid-engined, rear-wheel-drive and came fitted with a six-speed sequential gearbox. The car weighs in at 600kg unladen.
