Twin Ring Motegi Road Course
Fuji Speedway 1980s
Complex String (I'd love to see an updated HD render of this)
El Capitan
Hong Kong
Grand Canyon
SSR 11
Citta di Aria/George V Paris -- Too narrow for real racing, but wonderful scenery

Except for Fuji and Grand Canyon I completely agree

The fewer Fujii tracks the better, I hate that track. That and Suzuka :yuck:

You would probably keep on hating them if they were to be included in gt5 ^^
The only track I really miss is Seattle.

everyday I realize new tracks that are missing from the game and you just reminded me of Seattle, now Im pissed:grumpy: That was one of my favorite tracks.

I don't dislike Motegi unlike a lot of people. I wanted it now more since with the nice Super GT car in game that track would make for a good Super GT race, especially they race there in real life...

I always thought they had good lighting there too since its like a dusk setting in GT4...

👍

Blasting on that track with a GT40, best combo ever.

Apricot Hill, though I never hated it, it was always more favorable than Grand Valley. I can only imagine seeing this in a DLC update. Same with RM models.

+1 to seattle, also Red Rock Valley and Midfield, never hated the tracks, but would love to see them :(.

I think it would have been interesting to see how El capitan would have looked with the better graphics of GT5 and complex string is a big miss for me also. It was a bit cheesy in places, a bit boring in terms of scenery but it was such a test for driver and car, once you learnt it it was very satisfying to 'nail' a lap there.

Yeah, Seattle is on my list of tracks I LOVE and miss, along with Apricot Hill and MidField

Apricot Hill, Midfield, Seattle, Grindlewald (how ever you spell its name), Citta di Aria, El Capitan, and finally SSR 11 (GT1 version).

I really miss those.

I miss Seattle and SSR11, definitely. Motegi was good once you get used to it, but I'm not pining for it.

El Capitan was a great track, Citta d'Aria was awesome too just friggin hard as heck to get right.

Fuji was (and is in the version that did survive) a boring track, as was Motegi. Glad they didn't make it.

I miss Citta, the old Italian town was an excellent photo mode spot, also missed are Midfield, Apricot Hill, Grindelwald (who remembers that track!?) Agree with SSR11 and Seattle, those were some of the most picturesque tracks in GT2 and 3.

Not sure there were any tracks I really 'hated', but the loss of tracks from previous games is one of the let downs in GT5. :grumpy: Surely with all the track layouts already made, it would have been possible with little work to convert them for GT5.

I've just been going through some of the old tracks on Youtube.

I missed Seattle and a Tokyo night course (Special stage Route 11, one of my favourites) before I looked, but looking through the previous game tracks there are tracks that I didn't realise I missed.

I liked the Cathedral Rocks and Smokey Mountain tracks for the transition from gravel to tarmac, and would have been a good chance to run some of the rally cars. The rally tracks that are in GT5 are not too good imho, and rally tracks are not integrated well into GT5. Loads of rally cars, but not many opertunities to use them.

The Complex String with so many different corners would have been interesting.

Lots of city courses missing, Citta di Aria, Costa di Amalfi, Hong Kong, Paris, New York and Seoul.

Midfield is the only one that sticks out, i'd need to see Twin Ring Motegi Road Course but think i liked it also.

Citta D'Aria...no wait, I don't miss getting 5 second penalties there. I used to really dislike Hong Kong but I kind of miss that track now. New York was OK too even though I hated getting dusted on the straightaways by the killer cars.

Most of the tracks I miss are the ones that I really enjoyed. Seattle, Midfield, Apricot Hill, Seattle, SS Route 11, Red Rock Valley, El Capitan. I liked the old high-speed Fuji tracks better (the new versions do nothing for me). And did I mention Seattle?

I would have to say el Capitan. and the complex string. Hated them, but they were great track to tune at.

Oh yes:tup:

Loved this track in the early GT's. Certainly for multi-player Seattle was the circuit my buddies and I used most by far... Happy memories:)
Please, please, please PD:D Add it to the next DLC!

I didn't hate these but I sure miss them:
Fuji 80's
El Capitan
Citta di Aria
Costa di Amalfi
Midfield
Apricot Hill
Swiss Alps
Tahiti Maze
Motegi Road Course (+ East and West)
Special Stage Route 11
Seattle
Smokey Mountain
Pikes Peak Hill Climb
Infineon

I would trade away Cape Ring for any of these.

Those are all my favorite courses...
thankfully we have Deep Valley and Trial Mountain

The only ones I remember enough to want back are Midfield (favorite track in gt2) and Seattle (fav in gt4)

I also miss that one that was like Cote D'azur, im not sure if its el capitan or not.

Hated the Infinion but definitely loved the SSr11 - though I'm glad it's not in GT5 because being a night event it would've been murder considering how DARK and poorly lit the night races are in Gt5.
Loved : Midfield,Apricot Hill,Seattle ( miss that one - big time )El Capitain was awesome .
