The Spitfire 1500 is in GT6 and I love it, but adding a TR6 will make it even better. I love all Triumphs, but the TR6 is most people's favorite, and it would make a good addition, as a classic British sports car.
I like the TR6 before 1973 because in 73 the regulations put down the power from 150 hp to 125 hp.![]()

But the saloon was not a beauty in my opinion.Agreed - the earlier cars were fitted with Lucas mechanical fuel injection, but to meet US emissions regulations this was replaced with twin carbs hence the drop in power from 150bhp to 125.
Difficult to believe this car has not already been suggested. The exhausts rot and originals are rarely seen, but the curve and shape of the original twin tailpipes is particularly pleasing to the eye and was an attractive feature of the standard car - you can see them in the second picture at the start of this thread.
There was also a Triumph saloon fitted with the fuel injected 2.5 litre straight six from the TR6 known as the Triumph 2.5 PI - this was a very desirable hot saloon in its day.
