Found this by complete accident,,,,

No matter the speed or angle, this thing will pretty much destroy the car. I got really unlucky and had it under the map hanging by a bumper, a "friend" jumped in there and cut me loose,,,,, it was freefalling for the remaining eight minutes of the race, and still showed no signs of hitting ground.

EDIT: The "solidity" of this object is the wrong way round, you can drive a cart into it but you can't get back out again, as the interior of this post is solid.
The Aston Hybride fell straight through into freefall almost everytime I tried this.

Then after that you could get a promotion to the bug fixing team and say things are fixed, even when they really aren't.

Eventually I can have a promotion that allows me to tell everyone about things that were meant to be in the game and then not deliver. When people start asking questions I'll just announce a sequel so they shut up and give me money.

I'll also get rid of the £20 season pass idea that everyone else does and sell DLC for varying prices so people end up spending more than £20 without realising it!

There's enough bugged tracks in this game already without buying more of them.

Who goes out in a middle of field looking for them , do people go around driving into tire barriers on purpose ?

Read the first line of my post again, then go sit in the corner to reflect on what you just did.

I got nudged off the track during a race into this when I found it, the video of me deliberately driving at it happened after finding this problem as a test/proof that it actually happened.

Not according to this thread. :sly:

Bad news guys, I got my promotion ;)

Project Cars 2 will have extensive product testing and we are sure that no bugs big or small will be apparent. Our QA team is the best in the business and they are passionate about what they do and always put in extra hours outside of the office in various public houses to ensure our product is top notch.

All features we planned for the original release will be included which includes (but is not limited to) timed races and animated pit stops as well as licenses from the top car brands in the world.

The only requirement is that you place a down payment on our WMD site for £5000 or more. This will help us to achieve our goal. However we do require that 10,000 people at a minimum pledge this amount so that we can be sure that we achieve all the goals we have set out. And remember, no refunds. You are buying into a developmental cycle and not a full product. On the release of the product you will be required to pay the full RRP from your retailer of choice. :sly:

Oh man I could do this for days. As much as I take the piss I do actually like this game. :)

They do actually. In GT5 for example, someone discovered a glitched concrete barrier on SSR7 that allowed you to get outside the track and drive around in no man's land. Given how convoluted and difficult it was to do, there's no way it could have come about by accident, someone had to be looking for it.

Some people just have too much time on their hands!

For that particular glitch they were rewarded with basically as many credits as they wanted. It was an easy way to earn a buttload of money. So you can see why people would spend their time looking for such things. :sly:

But playing video games 24/7 to make money actually sounds like a pretty crap job.

Turning a hobby into a job usually ends up with you having one less hobby!

For example; I used to enjoy fixing my computer and upgrading parts, now I've worked in IT for 5 years I can't stand it when my computer breaks and fixing it seems like a chore.

I was referring to ingame credits in Gran Turismo, which anyone who's played the last two installments knows that if you ever had any real hope of owning all the cars (or at the least the coveted $20mil cars) you pretty much had to find a money-making glitch, or spend your life grinding 24/7. So this glitch was actually to prevent the situation you described of having to spend many, many, many, many, many, many, many hours driving around Indianapolis Motor Speedway just to earn enough credits to buy one car.

Here's the glitch in question (funny that the first result I found actually features me!). You could literally make millions of credits in a few minutes.

I remember that, there were servers full of people doing it to get quick credits. There was also another one @ Nurburg GP that used the X1 that you had to go in backwards!!!

There were even tunes posted on here to make the x1 turn at the optimal angle between 2 points to finish the "race" quicker.
