Trouble With Online Pass Code

Hey guys, I just bought Shift 2 and I'm having trouble entering my pass code. Every time I choose to enter the code it takes me to a screen with what appears to be a text box, but nothing ever loads and i can't exit the screen. i end up having to quit the game. Did anyone else have this issue? If so, what did you do to fix it?

Thanks, i didn't even notice it was down. I'll see if that's what the issue is and if it turns out to be something else, i'll be kinda pissed. I happened to buy the limited edition version of the game that comes with a few extra cars amongst other things, and i want to be able to use them!
