I just inverted my g29 pedals
And installed the true brake.
I don't like it so far.
But it has a good reputation
So I must have something set up wrong.

It feels like the first large spring
Doesn't have any affect.
Then when it bottoms out the small spring has no travel and is very stiff and hard to compress.
I actually broke my new large brake pedal pushing so hard

I have the blue light spring in .
Just seems hard as a rock.

Wondering if I did it wrong.

I think what you might be experiencing is the transition from a position based spring system to a pressure based one. The pedal will feel odd to begin with since you've been used to much more travel. It takes a while to adjust to the fact that the movement is limited and that slight pressure increases achieve the same thing. Quite often adjustments in game can reduce the amount of pressure you need. Especially remember to calibrate the pedal after swapping.

Take your time and hopefully you'll get used to it. Once you do it should give you a better braking sensation.
