A couple more new records... I was very surprised that these cars could do so well, considering the times other people had with these cars. Especially the Opera... a 2 second gap, with room for more.

mcsqueegy - '02 Honda NSX Type R - 48.287
mcsqueegy - Opera Performance S2000 - 47.997
Oh, if you insist...

mcsqueegy - Cadillac CIEN '02 - 44.335

To be honest, it's quite sloppy, I can't really tune suspension. A high 43 is easily attainable

mcsqueegy - Honda S2000 '03 - 49.624
mcsqueegy - SILEIGHTY '98 - 49.843
Some nices time mcsqueegy. I'm sure the big time gaps are alot about tuning.

Look for Aussie Tuners in the GT4 Car Tuning & Settings, use my suspension setup and all, just modify you Final Drive gear ratios for Suzuka if you need to.👍

That's still the fastest time ever done right there though.👍

The Viper has the spot now and has more speed on tap.

Euro is getting NO LOVE. lol But that ok. Im going to give the R32 another shot. If I wasnt such a crappy driver I think I could improve it by at least one or two seconds. I think my suspension is in the right area but im kinda lost in the dark when it comes to the LSD. Any tips?

Some new times...

mcsqueegy - Aston Martin DB9 '03 - 47.731
mcsqueegy - Aston Martin Vanquish '04 - 47.733
mcsqueegy - Honda Dualnote '01 - 47.990

The Vanquish time is rushed, I only put it up because of how close it was to the DB9! And the Dualnote has another half second's gap easily.

Note: The Honda Dualnote is called the Acura DN-X in NTSC, which might cause confusion.

A new day, some new times...

mcsqueegy - Amuse S2000 GT1 '04 - 48.474
mcsqueegy - Amuse CarbonR '04 - 46.915
mcsqueegy - HKS Genki Hyper Silvia - 46.936

I could do heaps faster in the CarbonR, but I can't get all the power down to the ground. The S2000, however, is a pretty solid time, with maybe room for a 48.1xx. The Silvia time was to prove power isn't everything, as it has 254bhp less than the CarbonR and gets a similar time 👍

VW Golf lV R32 - '55.044

That's my fastest of the night. Not too impressive but everytime i was on the track for a 54' i messed up. I think im maximizing my tune. AHHHHHH Frustration

Sorry for the double post but i had a HUGE breakthrough in my tuning. Adjusted the ballast/ ballast weight and got a

'54.743

and what a difference it made. It feels like a complete new car.

Here is my first attempt at this:

MadMax86 - Mitsubishi Eclipse GT '06 - 54.898

I've given a try at SRT10 aswell doing low 45's :ouch:

Have you looked at the Suspension set-up for the Wolf R32 from the Mad FinnTuners. I would just add the wing and play around with the gearing for one with max power and set the wing to max. Jest to see if it will work as a base. I find it to be a nice set-up.

Some new times...

mcsqueegy - '02 Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec II Nur - 0'45.318 (about .3 off what I want)
mcsqueegy - Tommy Kaira ZZ-S '00 - 49.361 (just a quick set-up)
mcsqueegy - BMW M3 GTR '03 - 47.297 (see above)
mcsqueegy - '02 Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A - 46.198 (pretty good, almost happy with it)

I'll have to give the VW a shot as well :D

It's been awhile since I last visited GTPlanet and I just noticed this section and just noticed your ''Tsukuba Super Lap Challenge'' My PS2 is getting a disk-read-error whenever I put my GT4 game in but I do have some times recorded in a binder that I keep all my Hot-Lap times in and I noticed a couple that qualify for this Lap Challenge at Tsukuba and here they are:

Axeman - Tommy Kaira ZZ II '00 - 45.101 [hopefully this car is allowed]
Axeman - Skyline 2000 GT-R '70 - 1'04.384 [Sports Soft tires used for this time]
Axeman - Spoon Civic R '98 - 55'872
Axeman - Honda Integra R DC5 '03 - 55.244
Axeman - Honda Ballad CR-X '83 - 1'06.965 [Sports Soft tires used for this time]
and no NOS was used for these laps.

I got my Nissan time when I did a lap and then I continued for another for another lap,is that alright?

Yeah... it's the best lap, Nobody ever said it has to just 1... I'm pretty sure most took aleast acouple of hours if tuning for sure

I do have a feeling that my M5 can go below than 50s....

Will try and alter more on the setup...

henrys1996-AMUSE CarbonR - 49.979
( fully tuned, no NOS nor driving aids and R5s used )

I'll try to see if I can get a better time, too bad the car is so hard to control! (without driving aids)

Hey guys, looks like an awesome game you've got going here, me and a few mates always do Tsukuba time battles so will be good to compare to some of you guys.. couple of q's though, can i use a steering wheel?? iv always used one and it doesnt have a clutch so doesnt seem to break the rules?? Also, do i just take a photo of the screen when i get the time or is it an honesty thing or what??

thanks in advance guys

P.S Our time trial car for tsukuba was an IS200 with a drift setup that used to run right around the 1 minute mark.. have tried for along time to duck into the 59s but it just hasnt come yet..

Yes, you can use the wheel.
And you should max the IS200 and give it racing/qualify tyres.
We all run with all best parts, but no nitrous ofc.

You should be able to beat my Glanza time with the IS200 guite easily,
but how about my '06 Eclipse GT ..the 500BHP FF?
