me and my mates are having an ongoing tsukuba time attack, is a 49.992 a good time for an 09 gtr r35 running 640PP on tsukuba?

the challange is any road car 640pp or under as long as it has no front downforce. times posted must be backed by photo evidence. have fun. ;)

Well, if that's the case…isn't your R35 out by your rules? The R35 runs 2 clicks of downforce up front stock, you can check for yourself by adding just a GT Wing which will open up the Aerodynamics menu, check the front of the car, it should say 2/17 or whatever it is for the R35.

Edit: DAMN TREE'D! :ouch:

Does it really have 2 front downforce in stock condition or does it get 2 of unadjustable front downforce when you buy the aero? How exactly do I see what the car has for stock downforce?

You need to buy the GT Wing to see it, as the menu for adjusting it isn't there. To be honest, we are only certain about this because the rear Wing should add downforce adjusters to the back only, and not affect the front, so anything nonadjustable up front, it is very likely to have been there stock.

Now, let's get back to the topic in hand…where I suddenly find myself unable to do more to contribute than to say good luck to the brave soul who's going to attempt this…Viper SRT10s anyone? :dopey:

So if I have to buy an aero kit to see it then it is not stock. The aero kit comes with 2 clicks of non-adjustable front downforce.

I'm not sure if you're serious or you're just being awkward to rile people up. From this you are basically saying the Viper ACR has no downforce stock. The downforce isn't visible with the stock spoiler, so it's not there at all.

Every rear spoiler in the game adds 0/20 (with an adjustable range of 5-20) downforce. That's why the R35 ends up with 2/22 when you equip the spoiler, because it already has 2/2 downforce stock and you've just added 0/20 to it. You buy the spoiler to see downforce and work out the stock value, then you take it off after. Car remains stock.

You can try this with any car in the game and you'll get the same result.

Absopositively.👍

I should add that every car (I think) gains a minimum of 5 rear aero with the wing, from 0-5 or 20-25, whatever the case may be.
