TT 37: 450pp @ Madrid City/ 550pp @ Toscana Reverse! Tunes In Post 1.

Thanks for your warm welcome :-)
I adjusted a few things on my tune, and found out that positive front toe caused better lap times, but it made the braking less stable. The tune is made for stick, and I have no idea how it works with wheel.

Ride Height f -25, r 8
Spring Rate (kgf/mm) f 11.8 r 10.9
Dampers (Extension) f 4 r 4
Dampers (Compression) f 6 r 6
Anti-Roll Bars f 1 r 4
Camber Angle f 1.0 r 0.8
Toe Angle f 0.07 r -0.10
Front/rear Torque Distribution f 35 r 65
LSD Initial Torque f 10 r 8
Acc. Sensitivity f 40 r 55
Braking Sensitivity f 14 r 5
Brake Balance f 6 r 5
Weigh 1145kg Ballast Amount (kg) 79
Ballast position +50

The Transmission will probably not fit you since I installed engine 3 and turbo 3... :/
Have Fun :-)

Didn't try the TT yesterday, did just 10 laps now and took 0.47 off my best :embarrassed:

I got a super smooth exit off the tight right hander before the long right hander.

Has anyone got a tune for the Lancer Super Rally Car? I'm stuck in the 1:47s and can't seem to do better. Its most likely my crappy driving but I'm holding out some hope that I can blame the car ;-)

Found some more time somehow - managed a 1'36.3 I think the place where Im losing most time is sector 3. As I can reach the end of sector 2 by 57.4 (57.2 is my best).
Might play around with the gear ratios as the top guys seem to run a shorter 3rd gear than the one Im using. And seem to be faster before getting into 5th on the straights.

Im still using borrowillows tune, cheers, but with a few tweaks for using the dpad - dampers are 6/5 and 6/4, brake balance is 8/6. I've done a few tests with ballast, up to 90kg. Can't find much difference really apart from in the slower corners its harder to hit the apex - but my overall lap is pretty similar.
Really want to push to get a 36.0, but am near my limit of driving and patience lol.

Thanks Borowillow for sharing the car 👍. I think it has the potential to go top spot in hands of a GT5 alien. I just changed brake balance to 8F 6R (Thanks Lou8ball, great stuff using just directional buttons) and put TCS to 0 and ABS to 1.

This is the first TT on GT5 seasonal events I have done for a while. Quite a bit worrying at first as my first lap completed was just over two seconds off the pace but started to get the hang of things. I think I could beat PR1VATEJ0KER's lap by about two three tenths if I hook up a decent lap. Happy to be top UK flag for now and also ahead of the fastest time set by an American.

Nice lap saidur, great pace for first session!
My lap has alot of mistakes, and actually Amo has some mistakes and he is using a slow car, Im sure someone will do 1:34.9xx before the end.

The TT is alot of fun, Madrid was another track I hated but grew to love after 80+ laps

Thanks, great pace yourself too.
I think I was two and half tenths down on your ghost on my current fastest lap (Normally close to level / faster on decent goes), recovered all that in the middle sector so were equal (You brake a bit early for the first braking zone after first sector), but messed up last sector where all the difference came from. It is quite hard to nail a good lap around here.

TT was a nightmare due to first corner but brake balance change has helped me get the hang of that part. Maybe tweaking the first gear could help get consistent fast exits though.

I run the Lancer almost stock because the base tune is excellent. I only adjusted the torque diff to 50-50 and d/f to 15-33. Running 1.39s with that, the trick is to stay on the grass when accelerating out of the corners, the gravel has almost no grip. I feel the tune has little to no effect at this TT to be honest.

Your welcome i think i might have got lucky with this tune they are not always this good.Ive put two others on share.I want you try the light blue one i have beat my time with that one let me know what you think. I have put an engine tune on it and taken off some parts slightly different but ive found it better.Im just about reaching my limit for my driving skills its good to see what can be done by a good driver cheers m8

The Toscana TT was quite literally a horrible experience. Most of my red laps came from the iffy landings after the big jump. What's up with that? :|

Have to hit the brake just before the jump to try seeing to it the car lands level. Also helps to keep right as you hit the jump -- center of the road was pretty much automatic red for me no matter what.

is anyone else doing Toscana with a tuned Focus WRC car?

I don't have the Lancer so decided to go with the Focus, but even tuned I'm still 4 seconds off the top times of that Lancer, running low 1:42s. Being a bit of n00b at GT5 rally I am guessing the car setup

Here's a video of my best run so far, any hints/tips would be greatly appreciated :)

Good evening my friends,

I come to you to share my setup that is very effective, would be fostered by the torque motors by installing components, I advise you to try even though you thought was your limit, you will be surprised, I think I can go to a 1'34'9xx tonight!

Here's the setup:

What did you take off/on?

Tks :)

I see that you have lightened your car before adding ballast, is this intentional or could a 1300 kg Peugeot with extra power beat your setup over a lap?

Good evening Peasantslayer,

The best compromise I've found is the one proposed, otherwise you can try, let me know if you find better. 👍

Thank you and good evening.

Good evening my friends,

Here's the setup:

Good luck all ! 👍

Just tried your setup - feels really smooth after a few laps. I haven't installed the engine upgrade yet, is it much quicker?
I found the higher torque is a little bit quicker also, and your gear ratios make the most of this - really like the pull in 2nd and 3rd.

Cheers for posting, I managed to shave just over a tenth off my time. Im pretty sure I can get into the 1'35s now with a bit more practice, thanks.

Good evening and thanks :) I'll definitely try it out tomorrow, would you recommend active steering?

Thanks for sharing! Just a quick question though. My gears don't seem to be able to match your ratios, am I doing something wrong?

i think the rule for setting the gears are set the final drive all the way right, then the max speed all the way left.
hopefuuly that will help:)

I'm down to a 1:37.2 using yinato's tune, which isn't bad for my first run but I wanna be in the top 50 before the end. I'm losing about a second in the round corner towards the end of the lap so I'll watch some of the experts and see how they do it. :)

EDIT: On a 36.7 but I can see time to gained all over the lap, my best up to the end of sector 2 is 0.8 off yinato so I can still find time at the end. ;)

Had another run, was a bit cleaner, took some more time off. Managed a 1'35.7 :)
Had quite nice first and second sectors - was at 56.9 through the second split and managed to hold my nerve through the final sector lol.
Probably at my limit now, never been this far up the board before, but will try again before the deadline.
