Hong Kong is hands down, one of the most scenic tracks in the game. It's dockside roads and neon shopping districts are worth a casual drive-by or two before you even begin to race. The multitude of near-track obstacles make this course challenging. The guardrails and concrete barriers, often at waist height, can easily clothesline you if you are taking a corner too aggressively. As with Cote d'Azur the only penalty will be when you fall off your bike.

best T's so far. 31.931 - 1'06.347. Trying lean bike to keep off walls. I've painted myself into a corner here. I've been using the windscreen view so long that when I try to go to rider cam I'm slower. More fun the other way anyway. And I get to look at my cup holder occassionally. :)

Flying to Reno tomorrow for a bowling tournament ala King Pin, so I'm submitting early this week. 1'03.180 T2.

This track & I don't agree, in a car or a bike, so I'm getting in some early practice this week.

So far T2 1:06

Sounds as if my combo is generally well accepted.
Eggscellent :)

Don't forget ! Sometimes you just have to go slow, to go fast :sly:

Times submitted, pretty pleased with effort ( at least I did not need to hail a Cab to help get me closer to the apex'es this race 👍).

I´m sure you get a podium this time too :)

I´d be surprised if I get 4th this time :scared:

You haven't seen my time yet. Will get to work on standings after deadline and put up Deep Forest thread ASAP.

G'Day all,

Just a couple of pix to entertain as we wait for results.

I am expecting a strong 4th place.
If not may have to look at increasing my bribes :sly:

Bribes are good. 👍

Trying to figure out the dazzle. Have it installed. But have the TV/PS2/WII/DVD and VHS all connected somehow. Everything works fine but now to get the signal to the computer.

hi Mark :) i have a spare PS2>composite lead luckily, so all i have to do is swap it over in the back of the PS2
rather than mess about at the tv end

if you need any help at all with the Dazzle, i'll do my best to advise you 👍

and whoo, a podium! i'm pleasantly surprised :D

I'm pleasantly surprised to find out that I had everone covered on this one. Felt like I gave up a little time in too many places & it wouldn't add up to a fast enough lap. I guess everyone else had the same problem. Just seemed like you couldn't be aggressive enough in the tight turns with this bike.

My replay is available here: http://www.ttbikesim.com/community/single.php/644

On my first lap I was too aggressive and touched the wall a bit before the finish line ( a 1´33.8xx lap on ST Tyres)
so I had to do another lap :grumpy:

G'Day all,

A podium finish, very gratifying 👍

All my hard work paid off it seems, it really was a case of being very patient and just making sure I got the slow corners right.

My efforts on the first and last corners were not perfect, but the rest were pretty good.
