Photobucket has taken all your photos away! Glad I copied them and pasted them into Word. Hope I didn't miss any.
Fixed that. Had to pay for Photobucket Plus with my debit card. **** them, seriously.

Apologies for that ******** inconvenience, was absolutely not my fault.

:grumpy: I hate them. I switched because of that bs. Flickr may not be great, but at least there's no surprises.

They've done so much wrong but there's too many cons with everything else. But paying was the only quick solution, so yeah, **** it.

And I couldn't join Flickr because...well, it's an inter-family thing. My mum is basically stuck on the thing so spirit says I shouldn't even try to use it.

Nice to see your Tune Directory back in business too 👍

Thanks so much for your rocket tune! With the exhaust on to get it up to 650, it let me win the Ascari 10 lap trial.

If there's one GT-R that should stay in the game, it's this one.

I never really liked the Mine's Skyline in GT4, but the 06 model arriving in GT5:P changed all of that. It was brilliant. And it kept that up as well in GT5, and remains a great car in GT6.

This is a tune built at 600PP. It specialises particularly on twisty courses, it's a sucker for tighter turns. But it isn't really out of its depth anywhere else either. Enjoy.

It has also been built with a smaller hitbox than other GT-R tunes. I also recommend driving it with your armpits on show.

Never was a name more fitting, even as a pun. Because this thing really does rev. Up to some 10,000 rpm. Vtec indeed.

The Amuse S2000 Street Version is unquestionably excellent as a stock car. The freedom it gives you to just flick it into a bend makes it something to behold.

But this tune seeks to improve it further by giving it a much needed turn of speed. With this, not only do you get added speed, but even some added stability so you can use the speed. But don't worry, you can still very much kick the arse out on this. It's a tune that does as you command.

Now, bitches, get out of the way! Steal the precious lead with this S2k.

This is the Skyline the game needs.

The KPGC110 is a thing of undoubted beauty. It is a shame that it is overshadowed by the KPGC10, because this is much better in my view.

This is effectively a full tune, and one of undoubted balance. Most suited to twistier tracks as a result, the KPGC110 can do speed and fun in equal measure.

Do you remember how many Skylines you've driven? Thirteen. I prefer Mitsubishis. Enjoy this classic machine.

Weight? This has already been lightened down completely. Weight only makes you understeer and there's nothing good about it.

A popular lightweight mainstay of the series since GT2, the Tommykaira ZZ-S is a great base to tune a car on. You can really make one of these fly.

This is only very lightly tuned, up to 500PP. But the tune itself has a big effect, making the car incredibly swift and giving it cornering to die for. The speed is real with this one.

You'll love this one. Please enjoy.

...Pink wheels? How unusual.

The Tommykaira ZZII, one of the fastest road cars in the Gran Turismo series, and has been for ages. All compounded by the fact that here, it costs just 60,000 Cr. And you don't even have to fork out a fortune to tune it...

The speed of this really beggars belief at times. The engine combines with a 4WD system and a stupidly light body to go at speeds you probably didn't really think were possible. Yet it manages perfect stability in the corners, especially out of them where the 4WD system comes in handy...

Almost nothing can touch this. Enjoy it.

Another one of the pretty much compulsory cars to tune in this game. This one's well worth it though, because you get some fairly decent power out of it.

And it works well with this tune. Out cornering relies on the big power and using it to slip-slide out of corners. This is a car to drive very hard, that's for sure.

It is carrying a bit of weight, of course...but with this much hauling it around, you don't need to worry about it. Enjoy.

There is nothing this Autobacs Garaiya tune cannot beat! (Apart from all the NSXs and M3 CSLs and Amuse S2000 R1s at this PP range obviously)

Another lightweight from Japan, this time the Autobacs Garaiya. The name of the game with this is superb stability, I mean even your dog could probably drive this. Once you teach it to use a DS3 or wheel of course.

But speed isn't a lost factor in any of this either, there's plenty of it to get by here. Get your 500PP game on here.

LexusLFABannerTune6.png

AutumnRing_1.jpg
The Lexus LFA was my most collected car in GT5 - and I really showed it through ZedTunes. A total of 6 LFAs were present there, all of them featuring various degrees of tune.

This was largely down to many factors in GT5 staying permanent i.e. engine tuning, weight reduction, paint etc. But this is less of a factor in GT6 so this might well be the one full tune I do for the LFA. Until I decide to tune a red one, anyway. Or the Nurburgring Package (which this of course isn't).

And my most tuned vehicle of the last game once again embodies very well the tuning mindset of Tune 6 - pure fun. A very credible car to just chuck about, with no harm done. And the right exhaust sound as well. It's pretty much the tune you all want, really. So with that in mind, please enjoy.

Ah...an RR tune.

You're thinking recipe for disaster, right? Well, think again, because actually what this tune is, is anything but a loose cannon that needs real tethering to hold onto.

Instead, this DMC is a remarkable exercise in stability, with steering ability that beggars belief. Getting it to misbehave is not hard. But keeping it stable manages to be even more of a doddle. Given the reputation of RR in times gone by, that makes this tune rather special in its own right.

Just note you should expect great disappointment upon reaching 88. Also bring some pads along for the ride-*knifed*

Somehow, the Caterham Seven Fireblade manages to remain completely hopeless in stock form. If they can pull off the Light Car Rocket, then why shouldn't the Seven now be on its level? But no...

Instead it has to be tuned. Even then it remains distinctly below par, but it's good enough. If a bit of a handful...flaws aplenty with the Caterham still.

This is the best I could make this very lost cause of a car. It's pretty good with plenty of speed and nimbleness, though question marks remain over corner exit and, worryingly, kerb stability...work in progress. But it's good enough at the moment. Enjoy in the mean time.

One of a new batch of Ferraris, and a successful one. Superbly well rounded in this full tune, you can do plenty with this classic. Drive it however you want, it'll please you every time. Enjoy it.

Many have been waiting. For about 6 years.

And now the FXX is finally here. Albeit in a misrepresented form.

Rather than a full racer, instead the FXX is seen as a road car by the game. A very fast one nonetheless, but it never was one...but what does that matter, when you can do this to it?

This is by far one of the fastest cars in the game as a full tune. Controlling the car itself isn't even that hard a task, relatively speaking...but you still need to keep yourself well alert to keep this high revving animal in your hands. Then, you can really enjoy the speed machine.

Nothing came close to the Murcielago SV for me among supercars in GT5. A drive in GT6 hasn't changed that. It's just brilliant.

This is a GT6 redux of a 600pp tune I made of the Murcielago SV for a supercar shootout. Everything about this car is very much inherently right. The looks, the sound and with this tune, the speed and, most notably, the awesome drive it provides.

With 4WD to help the cause, this tune provides immense capability in terms of both speed and handling, and its controlled sliding is an immensely important part of the tune, as you can push it to 100% speed, 100% of the time.

Enjoy the most awesome of all the supercars.

Now then, time for a new tune!

The Minolta Toyota 88C-V has been, since GT4, probably the actual fastest race car in the game sans Formulas. It really is that good.

And to make it even faster, here is a tune that ups the pace further and gives it the cornering teeth to match. Easily one of the fastest track racers to grace...well, any sim racer ever, really. Feel the speed. Enjoy it. Ay...

Also I've made a new batch of replays available. The new replays are the Rocket, Veyron, KPGC110, DeLorean and FXX.

EDIT: And now, I've added replays for the 3000GT, Mazda2, Megane RS, Amuse S2k, Tommykaira ZZII and the Ferrari Dino. Enjoy.

Excellent tune! The car turns-in like it's an NSX and then you just have to be patient until just after mid corner to jump on the throttle and power out of the corner otherwise you get power-induced understeer as one would expect with an AWD car.

SpecialStageRouteX.jpg

At the Test Course, in a Mitsubishi GTO Twin Turbo - it's a familiar memory in Gran Turismo 1. The GTO, long famed as one of the most powerful cars in that game at 930bhp, became a fan favourite in the game.

Since then, only Gran Turismo 3 has been able to beat that figure - the 3000GT there peaking at over 1000bhp. But somehow the essence was never the same, with the more hardcore GT3 physics engine compared to the loose and wild GT1 engine.

GT6, though, has managed to beat GT1's scale, hitting 958bhp with a full tune. And that's before you bring in the question of one 100,000 Cr. Nitro Kit...

With the touch of R1, at 70% power boost, you now get 1628bhp. Not much more needs to be said on that subject. Except that this car will break 300mph with that much behind it - and this is not even a top speed tune.

Indeed, this 3000GT has been tuned in an attempt to at least try and make sure it stays on the road. Some wild settings were required, but it works alright. You can not only power past allcomers without question on the throttle, but you can also maybe keep it on the road as well when you aren't.

It's a true throwback to the glory days of Gran Turismo 1 - all it needs is an RM livery.
Thanks for providing this guide! However, I'm having great difficulty matching those transmission numbers. I've matched the performance stats (958 BHP and 630 PP) by buying the best parts, doing a full weight reduction, replacing the oil and buying all the custom tuning parts, including the Fully Customisable Transmission Kit. I try setting gear ratios in the order given in the picture, but I can't set all the gears to the numbers you have given provided. The closest I can get (in order of the way I set them) is:

Max Speed: 273 mph
1. 2.360
2. 1.656
3. 1.208
4. 0.953
5. 0.720
6. 0.575
Final: 4.155

I'd greatly appreciate some help with this, thank you. :)

Hello :)
It's been a while. I haven't tuned stuff lately because other things have taken my interest over GT6.
But now I've put up two more replays of the 88C-V and GT-R.
This is important because, since I was last here, the Data Logger has been released.
So you can now use these replays on those for your own pleasure, if you so choose.
Just as long as you don't mind my driving :(

I might return with a couple of tunes soon but it could be a long while before this becomes regular again.

The old Mini was another car I tuned in GT5, for a different purpose, that being a 450PP Mini seasonal.

This isn't held back by any limits, and in the spirit of the Mini, some focus on its rally roots goes into this tune.

It excels on short tarmac courses where there aren't long straights to expose the low gearing. Streets of Willow comes to mind.

But come dirt or snow, the Mini can hold its own so well. Enjoy on whatever surface takes your fancy.

What happened to the R33, GT-R fans?

You say the R32 was one of the original greats, the R34 an incredible tech-fest and the R35 the modern Messiah. But what happened to the mid-90s?

Because that was when it was best.

In a yellow paint job, there's hardly a better looking Skyline. And it's not like it's down on power compared to the others either.

Never mind that this is a Standard R33, I bought it because it was either the most expensive or had the most PP. Can't remember which. But this tune has bundles of potential on both sides of the coin - speed and fun. Enjoy it, and stop using the other three so much. Apart from my R34/5 tunes obviously. Use them all the time as well as this.

I tuned a 3000GT SL last time around - not fully, mind. This one is though - with the slightest bit of ballast to bring it to the highest point of 500PP.

This is your basic 4WD tune - the sort that loves nothing more than to be on the throttle. So, you'd better do your best to keep it there. Short gearing gives it excellent ability on any fast, twisty track.

SuzukiV6EscudoPikesPeakSpecialBannerTune6.png

MatterhornDristelen_1-1.jpg
The Suzuki Escudo Pikes Peak is the most famous car in Gran Turismo history, bar none. Nothing has broken the game quite like the GT2 iteration of the car. Though knocked down in GT4, it returned to cause some havoc in GT5 and continues to do so in GT6.

I tuned this in GT5 and created what I actually thought was one of my best tunes. It was just nothing short of pure fun to just throw about on Spa.

In GT6, the Escudo tune has a different effect. It's more concentrated on its maddening speed, while remaining stable. Three more Pikes Peak cars might have arrived, but this is still the fastest of them all - so hit the road now, with the Gran Turismo hit car.

I just put this tune on my Escudo, and oiled it. Ran it on the Nürburgring and the car proved to be maddening and hard to control like the notorious Red Bulls. I will wager that this tune can run a 5:40 around the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Pains me to say this, but I think this car is far beyond what the 2J can achieve.
