Tune Request: Suzuki Swift for Nurburgring

Hi guys,
I have a special tune request for a Suzuki Swift. I am traveling to the Nurburgring and am going to be renting a modified Suzuki Swift from Rent4Ring. I know it is never the same in GT versus real life, but I thought that it would be fun to practice anyway with something that is close to what I will be driving. So - I don't need the car overdone, I am looking for something that is close to what Rent4Ring offers.

They do not supply full information on their site, so I realize some of it might be guesswork. I am just learning the tuning side, so I can of course figure out how to match some of the specs, but don't know how to balance it out (assuming that the car I would drive would be balanced, anyway).

If this interests anyone - GREAT! I know it is maybe not the coolest/fastest tune, but it matches what I can afford! :)

So following are the specs and the link to the website.

The stage 2 Suzuki Swift Sport represents what most customers know us for best. It offers the true racecar atmosphere you have always been looking for. It comes with maximum active and passive safety and is recommended for those who are searching for that special thrill, without taking unforseeable risks when renting a racecar. If you are used to regular street tires, the Toyo semi-slicks will set a new milestone for the cornering speeds you have experienced so far on four wheels. Also available as a right-hand-drive model.

Thanks guys

If you're willing to take a look at my Ferrari California further down in this forum, I'll gladly do thsi tune for you tomorrow ;D Don't really have time tonight =/

Well over in the power department but the suspension + LSD settings will be fine without the extra power. I'd suggest to use the factory gearbox though to keep shift points accurate.

I also have my version done. I've managed to hit the specs exaclty, at least weight and power-wise, but still easy and enjoyable to drive (or maybe if it was a little faster...). Just tell me if you want the car or the setup, you can have the whole car if you want ;D

Thanks much - just the setup posted will be great!
I am not sure I would have anything positive for you on the Ferrari - I am really a n00b at tuning. Just learning. (if you are on b-spec remote racing, I'll race your drivers til they have $$ falling out of their pockets, though!).

Great advice! I saw this one with the search but had no idea how the extra power would affect the overall tune, so I posted my question. Great info - and helps me learn as well.

Excellent - thanks much! Last Sunday my PS3 hard drive died and had to get a new one in and restore it. I am back up and running with no loss (thankfully was able to backup and restore). So I will get you set up with my guys and get you racing. Look for my friend request - GTP_spacecadetcc

Thanks for the tune - I will let you know how it goes!

Thanks GfxJG - the tune feels really good. Very controllable and fun. Certainly not a speed demon, but the tune is to try and match a real-world vehicle, so it looks like you did a good job! I'll let you know how close it is to real life in June after I get back from Germany! Cheers! (and I am racing your guys whenever I get a chance).
