Tuning Advice

Anyone got any advice on how to tweak the settings of a car.  I'm not after specific tips for certain tracks, more like a general checklist of things to do when your car has all the required bits.

I always sort the gears out when I get a car tuned up, but I stay away from suspension, brake balance, and LSD settings for fear of ruining my car.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Basically it depends on what car your using, but what you need to do, is go to the Complex String with your ride, and just start tweaking. It easiest to find out what what does by changing things to the extreme left or right. Ya know? like, by changing the vcd your car handles different, same with downforces. anyways, you need to learn this stuff if you wanna be l33t heh

I like to lower the supension!  I think the lower the center of gravity the faster u can corner!

Cheers, I think I'll just have to tinker a bit.  Just that in gt1 I seem to remember screwing up my NSX by fiddling with the suspension, don't wanna have that happen again...

Just make little adjustments at a time, making too  big of an adjustment can throw your car really out of wack.
