Here's a little something I made to input all of your tuning data.

It's not the best but I haven't seen any of these yet and I just wanted to get something out there.

Don't click on the big blue download buttons. Click on the gray button that says "Download this file" and then enter the 4 characters.

It's in pdf format. I've just been putting checkmarks next to installed parts and inputting numerical values wherever applicable.

My desk is piling with paper filled random numbers, and its generally becoming an unsightly affair. Hopefully this will help!!!

I didn't download the file, but I've been very satisfied with Google Docs Excel Spreadsheets.
Available through google for free, accessible anywhere you can get on the web, so if you're not at home, you still have the ability to get to them. Auto Save feature is nice as well, and it's completely customizable, easily edited etc. I have no more than 2 days experience with any kind of spreadsheets including excel, so someone who knows what they're doing, could really come up with some nice layouts.
