Tuning for certain tracks

Hi first may i say i have searched but not found much information.

Thank you to all of you who tune cars, but what i would like to ask is a few questions :-

What do i have to do to a tune a car that has an all round tune to make it for certain tracks , what i mean is lets say for e.g. Fuji what would i adjust on an all round tune to make it better suited for Fuji, or Spa, or Monza etc.

What i would really like is if someone would explain which category tracks fit in e.g. does Suzuka, Nurburgring,Le Mans all have simular suspension , ride height etc are they classed as similar surfaces.

Which tracks do you tune almost the same for and what do you adjust for each track. What do i adjust for a fast track, a bumpy track, a short twisty track.

Any help would be appreciated so i can fine tune my cars for the tracks i like, as it stands i do not have a clue so i use all round tunes from this site.

Thank you to anyone who helps.

Some circuits that are smooth and grippy are cote de azur, Fuji, Tokyo, Daytona, Indy, cape ring, high speed ring... You can have your car low and stiff. For a GT500 car you might have dampers all on 8, spring rates about 14.0, ride height 5-8mm above minimum.

Most of the other circuits are best with ride height raised another 5mm and spring rates and dampers a little softer too.

Nurburgring may need a ride height 15mm or more above minimum. medium spring rates are best 10.0 - 12.0. medium or hard shocks are needed.

Other tuning can be done specifically for a track to tune out problems like running wide into cliff at deep forest or hitting top speed too early on straights.
