The skyline R34 v-spec2 nur is my favourite car, here is my set-up.
It doen't have huge power (653 bhp) , but handels great. There is no understeer and no oversteer, just grip.

You can have a great race in the All Japan GT-serie championship.

I bought the following items:

3d type wing db
racing chip
racing exhaust
Racing tyres: front RH, back RM (good for 2 laps nordschleife)
weight reduction stage 3
stage 3 turbine
racing large intercooler
racing brakes
racing suspension
fully custimised transmission
triple clutch
racing flywheel
carbon propellor shaft
engine displacement

Note! LSD, VCD are standard great, don't buy it and change it.

Suspension:
Front Back
springrate: 8.7 10.4
ride height: 100 100
damper bounce: 5 4
damper re-bound 8 7
camber: 2,5 1,5
toe angle +1 0
stabiliser 5 5

Tranmission:
1st 3.569
2nd 2.481
3rd 1.798
4th 1.440
5th 1.206
6th 1.044
final 2.900 (change this for better top speed/fast acceleration
auto 11

I use these gear-ratio's for the nordschleife with a top of 310 km/h)

downforce 26 28

There is no need for ASM, or TSM, because the traction is like a dream. 👍

Looks good.

However I'd lower it all the way, set the TCS to 5, Full downforce, move the first and 2nd gear out a little more, make 3rd and 4th a bit shorter and put the final gear at about 3.1.

7/4 stabilizers, set toe to 0,0.
Your damper ratios seems too...
