1) Use the Search function, please. This is a frequently asked question and has been answered many times. In fact it is covered in the "Look Here Before You Ask" thread that is permanently stuck at the top of the GT3 board.
2) Using punctutation and capital letters is recommended in the Acceptable Use Policy, and will make your posts much easier to read, as well.
