I am currently stuck on the 1 lap time trial of the Nurburgring in the AMG Intermediate Special Event.

Obviously with the SLS AMG not being my car the tuning i can do is minimal, but can anyone help with how to set up the car e.g. Traction control, ASM?

I can't get under a 7.40 for the lap and need to be under 7.35

Any help will be apprechiated.

The sls amg for the full lap was magic! Such a beautiful drive. Just keep being aggressive, turn all assists off.. except abs. If you follow the racing line to the letter, that's your problem. At some points, i was flying in 5th gear, almost red lining, when it told me to stay in 3rd...

Ya man... Just be smooth and dont listen to the racing line......
Turn it off and find your own...
It's so so much faster that way...
I got 6:59.998 whithout it

All assists off, except for ABS set to 1. I beat the Gold time by more than 4 secs. You just have to become a better driver.

Just wait till you lose the tuning, wing, and slicks and get comfort softs in the wet for Expert ><

For Intermediate though I'd recommend no aids except ABS 1. The car is basically glued to the track. The best way to shave time is to draft, not hit the cars, and learn the track better.

I hit gold last night with a 7:00.3xx. 👍

Yeah, haha. My first time doing those events I spun coming out of the first corner. By the time I got to the full lap, I aced it on the first try. 👍

I really hate the SLS AMG, but it's not like it's a handful or anything!
It won't even spin out of second gear. Just turn all the assists off including racing line, leave ABS at 1.
When the gear indicator starts flashing, brake on the third blink for the hard turns, and relax! You'll get faster.
